LightCode project, based on predefined milestones and performance indicators, will develop a qualitative assessment and monitoring approach to ensure its effective and efficient implementation.

Both partners and end-users will be consulted for feedback. A formative qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the project’s organizational, technical, and impact components, as well as dissemination activities, will be conducted. The evaluation procedure will be closely linked to the project management processes.

Overall, the evaluation technique will be aided by the following:

1. The Project Management and Financial Plan will include templates for all reports and deliverables to assist in the evaluation of organizational and technical aspects.
2. A Quality Assurance Plan that specifies the procedure, tools, and measurements for internal and external evaluation.
3. Monitoring and corrective action activities will be carried out in order to detect and correct problems that develop throughout the duration of the project.
